  • OAuth access and refresh tokens for your primary account
  • Basic profile information (name, email) required for authentication

2.2 Multiple Account Access

The App supports linking additional Google accounts under your main account. For each additional account, we store:

  • Google account identifiers for each linked account
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens for each linked account
  • Basic profile information for account identification
  • Association data linking additional accounts to your primary account

2.3 Calendar Data

The App accesses Google Calendar data from your primary account and any linked accounts to display events, but:

  • Calendar events are only stored temporarily in local memory during your session
  • No calendar event data is permanently stored in our database
  • Calendar data is fetched fresh from Google's servers each time you use the app
  • Calendar data from multiple accounts may be aggregated for display purposes

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for:

  • Authenticating your access to the application
  • Maintaining your login session for your primary account
  • Managing authentication for multiple linked Google accounts
  • Displaying calendar information from all your linked accounts within the app interface
  • Associating multiple accounts under your primary account for unified access

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Storage Location

Your authentication data is stored securely in our Turso database. The application runs on a private server and is not accessible to the public internet.

4.2 Data Retention

  • Authentication tokens for your primary account and all linked accounts are stored until you log out or revoke access
  • Calendar data is not permanently stored - only accessed and displayed during active sessions
  • Account linking information is retained to maintain your multi-account setup

4.3 Security Measures

  • All data transmission occurs over encrypted HTTPS connections
  • Authentication follows Google's OAuth 2.0 security standards
  • The application runs in a private, controlled environment

5. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or distribute your data to any third parties. This is a personal-use application, and your information remains private to you and the app's functionality.

6. Third-Party Services

This app integrates with Google Calendar through Google's official APIs. Google's own privacy policy applies to their services and data handling practices.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Revoke the app's access to any or all of your Google accounts at any time through your Google Account settings
  • Remove individual linked accounts from the app while keeping your primary account active
  • Log out of the application, which will remove your local session for all accounts
  • Request deletion of your stored authentication data for any or all linked accounts

8. Data Deletion

To completely remove your data:

  • Revoke access for each Google account individually in your Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps & services)
  • Use the app's account management features to unlink additional accounts
  • Authentication tokens for all accounts will be invalidated when access is revoked
  • Contact us if you need manual removal of stored authentication data for any accounts

9. Children's Privacy

This application is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
